For most of us to meal plan and prep, the challenge we come across time and again is the nagging desire to shake things up a bit. It can feel a little mundane to shuffle through the same 4-5 recipes every week, and smoothies are no different.

When you’re feeling nostalgic:

- Orange Creamsicle Because summer is almost here and I’m pretty sure it’s frowned upon to binge popsicles for breakfast. This probably pairs well with avocado toast anyways.

When you want something fresh:
- Classic Green Smoothie Because what else says fresh like a handful of vibrant greens? The pineapple and banana balance this one out nicely.
- Detoxifying Kiwi This one is sure to perk you up! Ginger tends to have that effect.
When you’re craving a breakfast staple:
- Cinnamon Roll Close your eyes and pretend you’re at Cinnabon. This one almost deserves to be in the next category!
- Blueberry Muffin Or any muffin really. Swap blueberries out with your favourite muffin flavour and you’ve got a healthy alternative for any day of the week.

- Apple Pie Who can resist a classic? I love these for an after-dinner treat without the extra calories!
- Strawberry Shortcake My absolute favourite! The prefect blend of sweet and creamy that reminds me of my birthday must-have!
- Salted Caramel Mocha Goodbye Starbucks, hello to my new caramel fix! Whip or no whip, this one is sure to be a hit on your next brunch date!
- Cookies and Cream Sip on this while you swoon over your next rom-com hottie! Movie dates just got even better with this guilt-free ice cream-inspired dream!
When you need an energy boost:
